Requirements:

Requirements:

• Book and offer cost-effective travel arrangements to our clients from a varied portfolio of marine & offshore accounts
• Check between various GDS platforms to find the best routes with the best prices
• Handle telephone calls and passengers with dedication and commitment at all times
• Respond promptly to any request maintaining strong service standards
• Bring crew safely & on time to their destinations. Be able to locate, inform and assist crew at any moment with an effective contingency plan.
• Collaborate effectively with the rest of the marine team to provide the best fares
• Ensure all communication both written and verbal is professional, accurate, and conducted in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in marine & offshore travel
• Excellent knowledge of AMADEUS (knowledge of other GDSs will be considered a plus)
• Computer literate with experience of email, MS Office & web-based programs

• IATA Certificate is a plus
