1. PREAMBLE

The protection of your personal data is very important for the Company. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about the processing of your personal data collected through your use of the Websites. For this reason, please read this Privacy Policy very carefully before using the Websites; by using the Websites you declare that you agree with this Policy and its terms describing the processing of your personal data.

As it is reflected in the Terms of Use of the websites and in the Cookies Policy, the information serviced by the Websites is addressed to general audience and not to children and the Company shall not knowingly process personal data of children under 16 years old.

The current Privacy Policy is applicable to all users of the Websites regarding the collection and processing of personal data by the Company (for example: data relating to an identified natural person, like full name or email address).

The Website may contain links to other webpages or websites, for which the Company is not responsible; the person/entity that operates this webpage or website being responsible for its maintenance and security bears responsibility for their content. 4. USE AND SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA

We use your personal data for the purposes of safeguarding our legitimate interests and for fulfilling your requests.

The personal data that we collect through the Websites, shall not be shared or transferred to third parties, except where this is necessary for the proper retention of the data (in a cloud data storage environment). The companies that provide us with the relevant services are contractually bound by us to adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

Our data base, where your personal data is stored is located in Greece.

The Company, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”) and Law 4624/2019, implements appropriate technical and organizational measures for the legal keeping, processing and safe keeping of your personal data and is committed to ensuring and protecting them from loss or leakage, alteration, transmission or otherwise unlawful processing.

6. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The Company shall store your personal date for two (2) months. After this period your personal data shall be erased.

7. MODALITIES RELATING TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

At any time, youshall have the right to acquire from the Company, following your request, information about your personal data that we keep stored in our data base, under the applicable personal data protection legislation, free of charge (right of access to the personal data). Before giving to you the requested data we may ask you to prove your ID.

You have the right to request that the personal data concerning you be updated, /rectifiedand the Company shall proceed with the rectification without delay (right of rectrification).

You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data, without prejudice to the obligations, but also to the legal rights of the Company regarding the maintenance-retention of all or part of them based on the applicable legislation (right of deletion).

You have the right to request from the Company the restriction of the processing of your personal data if either their accuracy is disputed, or the processing is illegal, or the purpose of the processing has ceased to exist and provided that there is no legitimate reason for their further processing by the Company (right to restriction of processing).

You have the right to ask for the transmission of your personal data to another organization/institution (right to data portability)

You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data that takes place for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Company or a third party (right to object).

8. AMENDMENT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy is subject to a unilateral amendment by the Company at its sole discretion. You are requested to check thedate of applicationof theaforementioned Privacy Policy at the beginning herein, in order to see when the current Privacy Policy was last revised. As soon as the updated version is uploaded it shall be applied.

In case the Company brings about essential changes on the current Privacy Policy extendingthe Company’s rights to use your collected personal data,it will inform you and it will provideto youoptions regarding the future use of the above personal data.

9. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION BY MEANS OF SUBMITTING A CV TO THE COMPANY

We collect personal data, already included in the CV you have voluntarily sent to us (inter alia your name & surname, telephone number, e-mail address, birth date etc).

We store this data, by saving your CV in a file specifically used for recruiting purposes only, in search of suitable candidates to fill positions in our company, for one (1) year; after this period the data will be deleted.You have in any event the right to request that such data be deleted at any time.
