New Travel Requirements for Unvaccinated travelers Traveling to from Singapore 

From 29 August, non-fully vaccinated visitors will no longer be required to undergo a 7-day Stay Home Notice (SHN) upon arrival or take an exit SHN Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Test.

  • Short-term visitors must ensure they have travel insurance covering COVID-19, with at least $30,000 of medical coverage. Read the COVID-19 insurance and medical treatment page for details.
  • 2 days before departure: Take a COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) or professionally-administered Antigen Rapid Test (ART)

Accepted vaccinations certificates can be found here. Sputnik vaccination has not been recognised by Singapore Authorities as a safe certificate thus all Russian travelers must have the above-mentioned travel insurance when traveling to / from Singapore.
